By purchasing a membership, Kirin Day grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the membership benefits for your personal purposes for the duration of your purchased term. The benefits of a paid membership include: additional checki time up to 5 minutes, access to a "fast track" for checki, access to exclusive content, and the ability to participate in exclusive, members-only events. You may not transfer or share your membership access with any third party.

To purchase a membership, you must sign up on this Site and create an account with a social media. You agree to provide accurate and current information on all registration forms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to misuse or share your credentials with others.

In consideration for the membership, you shall pay the membership fee (the "Membership Fee") as set out on the pricing page of the Site. Payment is made for a fixed term (e.g., monthly or annually) and is not automatically recurring. To continue your membership after the term expires, you must manually purchase a new membership term using a preferred payment method available on the Site.

Your membership is valid for the term you purchased and will expire automatically at the end of that period. There is no automatic renewal. Kirin Day, at its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your membership with immediate effect if you commit any material breach of your obligations under this Agreement. Membership fees are non-refundable. Upon termination, your access to all membership benefits will cease.

All materials on this Site, including exclusive content for members, trademarks, and logos, are the property of Kirin Day and are protected by the copyright laws of Indonesia and other applicable copyright laws. No materials published on this Site, in whole or in part, may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed in any form without prior written permission from Kirin Day.

You agree that Kirin Day may send you electronic mail for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of our products or services, or for other purposes we deem appropriate. You may unsubscribe from newsletters in your account page.
